I'm Christy, the founder of Thistle & Bloom Counseling and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Charlotte, NC. I completed my undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of South Carolina and have been practicing in North Carolina since.
I am passionate about meeting my clients exactly where they are in life and supporting them in achieving their goals.
I work primarily with adults, adolescents, and their families experiencing eating disorders, trauma and anxiety. I have also worked with clients experiencing depression, obsessive compulsions, parenting issues, maternal mental health issues, and life transitions.
I take great honor in walking alongside my clients as they navigate life’s challenges and I hope to support you too.

I'm Falena, Outpatient Therapist at Thistle & Bloom Counseling and a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate in Charlotte, NC. I completed my undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of North Carolina Charlotte.
I work primarily with children, adolescents, their families, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and ADHD.
My passion in counseling lies in working with school-aged children going through the early developmental stages of their childhood as well as working with those who are transitioning from their adolescence to their early adulthood years to support the path and the goals they hope to pursue..
